Physically Secure means a facility that relies primarily on the use of construction and hardware such as locks, bars, and fences to restrict freedom KRS 600.020.

For electronic transmission, the Washington State Governmental Network (SGN) is a Trusted System for communications within that Network. AMENDMENT.
