Pipeline Fill definition

Pipeline Fill means the petroleum residing in the pipelines through which Seller makes Delivery of Fuel to Hawaiian Electric.
Pipeline Fill means the petroleum derivatives residing in the pipelines through which SELLER makes Delivery of Product to HECO, which may be of different quality than the Product or LSFO.
Pipeline Fill means the petroleum residing in the pipelines through which SELLER makes Delivery of Product to BUYER which may be of a different quality than Product.

Examples of Pipeline Fill in a sentence

  • In such instance, the specification of Seller’s Pipeline Fill shall be determined by Seller on the basis of Seller’s samples representative of the contents of the storage tank from which Seller’s Pipeline Fill was issued.

  • In such instance, the specification of SELLER’s Pipeline Fill shall be determined by SELLER on the basis of SELLER’s samples representative of the contents of the storage tank from which SELLER’s Pipeline Fill was issued.

  • SELLER agrees to provide HECO, HECO’s representative and the Independent Inspector with a copy of its laboratory analysis of the quality of SELLER’s Pipeline Fill prior to commencing the Pipeline Delivery.

  • Should Hawaiian Electric elect to perform a Reverse Line Displacement, the total quantity of Fuel Delivered to Hawaiian Electric shall be reduced by reference to the rise in Seller’s tank(s) receiving Seller’s Pipeline Fill, determined by gauging such tank(s) immediately before and after pipeline displacement under the supervision of the Independent Inspector.

  • The specification of the Pipeline Fill shall be determined by the SELLER on the basis of SELLER's representative sample of the storage tank from the which the Pipeline Fill was issued.

  • Should Hawaiian Electric elect to perform a Reverse Line Displacement, the total quantity of the Product Delivered to Hawaiian Electric shall be reduced by reference to the rise in Seller’s tank(s) receiving Seller’s Pipeline Fill, determined by gauging such tank(s) immediately before and after pipeline displacement under the supervision of the Independent Inspector.

  • The Product received by BUYER in a Delivery may include some amount of pipeline displacement stock ("Pipeline Fill").

  • In order to eliminate or minimize the volume of Seller’s pipeline fill (“Pipeline Fill”) received by Hawaiian Electric in the course of a Pipeline Delivery operation, Hawaiian Electric shall have the option to perform a Reverse Line Displacement (“Reverse Line Displacement”) whereby Seller’s Pipeline Fill is displaced to Seller using Hawaiian Electric’s fuel at the commencement of Pipeline Delivery operations.

Related to Pipeline Fill

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Pipeline System means the Included Crude Pipelines and Included Product Pipelines.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.
