Pipeline Operations definition

Pipeline Operations means the Sector for reporting Unmodified Gross Assets that are physically located Onshore (other than those accounted for under another business Sector) in respect of:
Pipeline Operations means the natural gas gathering and transmission, gas liquids plant, gas marketing, engineering and construction and liquids pipeline operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries, excluding any portion of such operations attributable to ENSTAR Alaska.
Pipeline Operations means, collectively, the ownership, operation, maintenance, repair, start-up, commissioning and decommissioning of the Facilities.

  • The Environmental Monitor will be utilized to perform duties associated with environmental compliance within Gas Pipeline Operations & Maintenance – Transmission & Distribution (GPO&M-T&D).

  • The costs of Existing Pigging and Pipeline Operations shall be borne and paid by Buyer and the costs of Additional Pigging and Pipeline Operations shall be borne and paid by Venoco, except that the cost of moving the Pigging and Pipeline Operations or reconfiguring the equipment and facilities involved in the Pigging and Pipeline Operations pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) below shall be borne and paid by Buyer as provided in sub-paragraph (iii) below.

Related to Pipeline Operations

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum

  • Pipelines has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Drilling operations means the drilling of an oil and gas well and the production and completion operations ensuing from the drilling which require entry upon the surface estate and which were commenced after June 30, 1979, and oil and gas geophysical and seismograph exploration activities commenced after June 30, 1983.

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.
