Pipeline Use Fee definition

Pipeline Use Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(iii).

  • If the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume are not met, then Customer shall receive a “Shortfall Credit” calculated as the difference between actual total volumes received during such Month and the Minimum Marine Throughput Volume and/or the Minimum Pipeline Throughput Volume multiplied by the sum of the MTVF and/or the Pipeline Use Fee, each on a per Barrel basis.

  • If Customer’s Marine Vessel is shifted or delayed in order to accommodate a special access need of any party requiring access to a Berth as provided under the BAUTA and any Terminal Service Order issued thereunder, then the Minimum Pipeline Use Fee for the Month in which such shifting or delay occurs shall be determined as if the volumes were delivered as originally scheduled, without regard to such shifting.

These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Demarcation Point The Demarcation Point shall have the meaning set forth in 47 Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM): Equipment that links End User xDSL connections to a single packet switch, typically ATM or IP. Direct Trunked Transport (DTT): A DS1 or DS3 interoffice facility that connects the CenturyLink Serving Wire Center of the CLEC’s Local Interconnection Entrance Facility or Collocation to the terminating CenturyLink Tandem or End Office used exclusively for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).
