Placed in Service Date definition

Placed in Service Date means the date the Facility is “placed in service” within the meaning of the Refined Coal Guidance.
Placed in Service Date in respect of a PV System means the date such PV System is Placed in Service.

Placed in Service Date means, with respect to a Facility, the date upon which such Facility is Placed in Service.
