"Project Asset" means an asset which, in whole or in part, has been acquired, created, developed, advanced and/or contributed to by the Contribution. "Project Completion Date" means "Project Intellectual Property" means all Intellectual Property conceived, produced, developed or reduced to practice in carrying out the Project by the Recipient and/or any Affiliated Persons of the Recipient, or any of their employees, agents, contractors or assigns. Project Intellectual Property shall be comprised of Platform Intellectual Property and Program Intellectual Property. "Project Intellectual Property Rights" means the Intellectual Property Rights in the Project Intellectual Property. "Public Office Holder" means a public office holder as defined in the Lobbying Act, as amended.
