Platform IP definition

Platform IP means Platform Know-How and Platform Patents.
Platform IP means (a) Platform Claims and (b) Know-How that relates to the *** (y) relates specifically to ***).
Platform IP means all: (i) Collaboration Information and Inventions that are [***], and (ii) Patent Rights reciting, claiming, or covering such Collaboration Information and Inventions described in clause (i) that [***].

  • You agree that you will not use Platform IP in any manner that may impair, damage, disable, interfere with or otherwise compromise Platform IP or anyone else’s use of Platform IP.

  • You agree to comply with all laws and regulations governing the downloading, installation and/or use of Platform IP.

  • The Platform IP is provided for your internal business use only in respect of trading activity conducted by you as an employee of a customer of TP ICAP and for no other purpose and on a view-only and non-executable basis in object code form only, unless specifically authorised otherwise in writing by TP ICAP.

  • Neither this Agreement nor your use of Uber’s or our licensors’ company names, logos, products or service names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, other indicia of ownership, or copyrights (“Uber Names, Marks, or Works”) or the Platform IP conveys or grants to you any rights in or related to the Platform IP, or related intellectual property rights, including Uber’s Names, Marks, or Works, except for the limited license granted above.

  • Except as otherwise set forth in this Section 11.2, each Party will have the sole responsibility, at such Party’s sole discretion and sole expense, to prepare, file, prosecute and maintain, in such Party’s name, all Patent Rights owned or Controlled by such Party, including without limitation, that PIRS shall have such rights with respect to all Patent Rights within the PIRS Platform IP and PIRS Platform Improvement IP.


More Definitions of Platform IP

Platform IP has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(c)(iii)(B)(1).
Platform IP means (a) the Know-How Controlled by P▇▇▇▇▇ that is necessary or useful for the practice of the Platform Technology, and (b) those Patents Controlled by P▇▇▇▇▇ directed to the Platform Technology as set forth in Exhibit A.
Platform IP means any and all Intellectual Property Rights relating to the Avani Software Platform, and includes Platform IP Improvements. Platform IP Improvements means any improvements in the Platform IP, including any Intellectual Property Rights discovered, developed or otherwise coming into existence in connection with the provision of the Service (other than Customer Data). Policies has the meaning given at the beginning of these Terms of Use.
Platform IP means all Intellectual Property rights that are Controlled by BicycleTx or any of its Affiliates on the Effective Date or during the Term that claim, Cover or specifically relate to the Platform;
Platform IP means (a) intellectual property used in the performance of the Covered License Agreements relating to SCS Microinjector technology that is or could reasonably be expected to be used in any license agreement relating to SCS Microinjector technology that is not a Covered License Agreement and (b) intellectual property used in the performance of any Covered License Agreement relating to XIPERE that is or could reasonably be expected to be used in other products that is not a Covered License Agreement.
Platform IP means the Platform, the Documentation, and any and all intellectual property provided to Customer or any Authorized User in connection with the foregoing. For the avoidance of doubt, Platform IP includes Non-Identifiable Information and any information, data, or other content derived from Licensor’s monitoring of Customer’s access to or use of the Platform, but does not include Customer Data.
Platform IP means the Platform, the Documentation, and any and all intellectual property provided to Agent, any Authorizing 211 Provider, or any Authorized User in connection with or derived from the foregoing.
