Playing Fields definition

Playing Fields means land in the open air which is provided for the purposes of physical education or recreation, other than any prescribed description of such land.
Playing Fields means the three football pitches situated at the north end of Eddington Avenue and Huntingdon Road.
Playing Fields means so much of an outdoor area provided for physical education as, having regard to its configuration, is suitable for the playing of team games and is laid out for that purpose;

More Definitions of Playing Fields

Playing Fields means all sport playing fields on the Lands, including, but not limited to, the Synthetic Grass Field and the tennis courts;
Playing Fields means the Cricket Pitch, the Five-a-side Pitches and the Football Pitch located at the north end of Eddington Avenue and Huntingdon Road.
Playing Fields means the public playing fields, consisting of a soccer field and a complex consisting of four (4) little league sized baseball/softball diamonds, and associated public parking areas, on the MDC Licensed Area, as defined herein, and owned by the City of Quincy.
Playing Fields means the playing fields referred to in Item 74 of schedule 2.
Playing Fields means the playing fields located on Lot 2;
Playing Fields means any outdoor open area(s) in a Park which is used for a team sporting event.

Related to Playing Fields

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Competing Product means [***].

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.
