Point of Change of Ownership definition

Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement, where the Developer’s Attachment Facilities connect to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities.

More Definitions of Point of Change of Ownership

Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, where the Developer’s Attachment Facilities connect to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. Point of Interconnection shall mean the point, as set forth in Appendix A to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, where the Attachment Facilities connect to the New York State Transmission System or to the Distribution System.
Point of Change of Ownership means the point, as set forth in Appendix A to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, where the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities connect to the Transmission Provider’s Interconnection Facilities.
