Policies and Protocols definition

Policies and Protocols means Synergy’s policies and Protocols (including but not limited to all health, safety and environment policies and protocols) specified at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Policies and Protocols means the policies and protocols referred to in clause 3.13(a) of the Joint Venture Agreement (including the policies and protocols referred to in the Owners’ Council Completion Resolutions to be adopted on Completion).
Policies and Protocols has the meaning given in clause 3.13(a).

Examples of Policies and Protocols in a sentence

  • The Supplemental Provider Service Guide, Policies and Protocols may be revised, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the North Sound BH-ASO.

Related to Policies and Protocols

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT.   • Design Guidelines means the Fernkloof Estate architectural design guidelines to control all aspects of design and landscaping of any development within the Fernkloof Estate dev elopment, as amended from time to t ime in terms of the constitution of the MPOA or as required by the Council , a copy of the current draft which i s av ailable for inspection at the offices of the Association;
