Polygraph Examinee definition

Polygraph Examinee means (1) individuals who apply for the Department’s law enforcement positions of Deputy Sheriff Trainee, Reserve Deputy Sheriff, Custody Assistant, Security Officers, or (2) other public safety agency candidates.
Polygraph Examinee means a person who is taking a polygraph examination.
Polygraph Examinee means (1) individual who applies for the Department’s peace officer positions of Deputy Probation Officer, Detention Services Officer and Group Supervisor, Nights.

  • The pretest interview will provide a baseline for body language and neurolinguistics, and psychologically prepare the Polygraph Examinee for the examination.

  • Contractor shall not provide any report or opinion regarding the medical or psychological condition of the Polygraph Examinee for which he is not professionally qualified to make.

  • Contractor may describe the appearance or behavior of the Polygraph Examinee.

  • Homecare Worker means a provider, as described in OAR 411-031- 0040, that is directly employed by a consumer to provide either hourly or live-in services to the eligible consumer.

  • Medical examination means an in-person or virtual examination of a member’s physical or mental health, or both, by a physician or physicians selected or approved by the board; or, at the discretion of the board, a medical record review of the member’s physical or mental health, or both, by a physician selected or approved by the board.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.
