Port State Control definition

Port State Control means the inspection of ships, other than Cayman Islands ships, whilst they are in Cayman waters, in accordance with the Merchant Shipping (Port State Control) Regulations, 2003;
Port State Control. (or “PSC”) means a party authorized to perform vessel inspections pursuant to the Paris MOU.
Port State Control means the procedures set out in the Annex to Resolution A.1052(27) adopted by the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization on 30th November 2011, as from time to time modified in their application in relation to Jersey by agreement with the Minister.
