Possession Protocols definition

Possession Protocols means the protocols developed and advised by QR Network from time to time (as varied in accordance with this Agreement) for managing and scheduling track possessions of the Infrastructure;
Possession Protocols means the protocols developed and advised by Aurizon Network from time to time (as varied in accordance with this Agreement) for managing and scheduling Possessions. Private Facilities means sidings, loading and unloading facilities and any other facilities of any kind which are required to be accessed or used by the Operator to operate any Train Services in the manner contemplated by this Agreement and which do not form part of the Nominated Network.
