Potentially Responsive definition

Potentially Responsive means a Response which complies with the directions in Section 3 - Bid/Proposal Response Format, is complete and prepared in a simple and straightforward manner, compliant with terms and conditions of this RFP/RFB and the Contractual Provisions Attachment, and that does not prevent the College from complying with Kansas law or the law.
