If a Power System Stabilizer is required to be installed on the Large Generating Facility for the purpose of maintaining system stability, the Interconnection Customer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the guidelines and procedures established by the System Operator and Interconnecting Transmission Owner, and consistent with the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents.
