Predecessor Company means Crown Castle International Corp., a Delaware corporation, prior to the merger with Crown Castle REIT Inc., resulting in the Company.
Predecessor Certificate means a Predecessor Corporate Units Certificate or a Predecessor Treasury Units Certificate.
Predecessor Bond of any particular Bond means every previous Bond evidencing all or a portion of the same debt as that evidenced by such particular Bond; and, for the purposes of this definition, any Bond authenticated and delivered under Section 2.06 in lieu of a lost, destroyed or stolen Bond shall be deemed to evidence the same debt as the lost, destroyed or stolen ▇▇▇▇.
Predecessor Entity means a legal entity the existence of which ceased upon its acquisition by the Corporation in a merger or otherwise; and
Predecessor act means an act or part of an act repealed by this act, or an act or part of an act repealed by an act that this act repeals.
