Previous Contract definition

Previous Contract means a contract between ▇▇▇ and the Provider for the delivery of services which are the same or substantially the same as the Services, the term of which immediately precedes the Term;
Previous Contract means a previous contract or contracts held by you or by a Predecessor Body which precedes this Contract and which is intended to be replaced by this Contract (in whole or in part);
Previous Contract. Any group insurance contracts that existed immediately prior to the effective date of this contract that covered the employer's employees and any of their dependents.

More Definitions of Previous Contract

Previous Contract means the contract (if any) made pursuant to section 20 of the Hearing Services Administration Act 1997 (Cth) between the Service Provider and a delegate of the Minister for Health on behalf of the Commonwealth in force on 30 June 2015
