Previous Programme definition

Previous Programme means any capital or revenue grant funding programme administered by Homes England or any of its statutory predecessors; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation and Processing shall be construed accordingly; Procurement Law means the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (insofar as the same are applicable) together with any statutory modification or replacement regulations or Legislation on procurement by public bodies; Professional Team means (as applicable) the architect, civil & structural engineer, the mechanical & electrical engineer and any other consultant appointed by the Grant Recipient in connection with a Capital Firm Scheme; Programme Housing means housing provided by the Grant Recipient pursuant to this Agreement that will be made available to individuals within the Target Client Group:

Examples of Previous Programme in a sentence

  • No new Notes will be issued under the Previous Programme Memorandum.

  • On 23 February 2015, Premium Properties Limited (the Previous Issuer) established a ZAR3,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme), in terms of which the Previous Issuer issued Notes (as defined in the Previous Programme Memorandum) from time to time on the basis set out in the programme memorandum dated 23 February 2015 (the Previous Programme Memorandum).

  • The amended and restated Programme Memorandum dated 31 August 2023 as amended and/or supplemented from time to time (the Programme Memorandum) will apply to all Notes (as defined below) issued under the Programme both before or after 31 August 2023 (the Programme Date) and will in respect of such Notes, supersede and replace the Previous Programme Memorandum in its entirety.
