The Contract Charges shall only be varied: due to a Specific Change in Law in relation to which the Parties agree that a change is required to all or part of the Contract Charges in accordance with Clause 13.1 to 13.2 of this Contract (Legislative Change); or and/ or in accordance with DMP Schedule 3 (DMP Prices and Charging structure), Part A Pricing Matrix Quarterly Adjustment Schedule.
The Subcontractor shall not be entitled to any compensation for Services performed or for reimbursement for expenditures incurred other than is set forth in PKMG Pricing Matrix, as applicable, and in each issued Work Order, except as may be mutually agreed by the parties hereto in writing prior to the performance of the Services or incurrence of the expenditure.
As full compensation for the Services required under this Subcontract, the Subcontractor shall be paid the amounts specified for the items and at the times set forth in the PKMG Pricing Matrix and in each Work-Order issued.
