Primary Access definition

Primary Access means the principal means of vehicular entry to and exit from a site or building;
Primary Access means the main access to a Parcel of Land or to a multi-lot subdivision as identified by the County.
Primary Access means, in the case of single-family residential properties, the driveway. In all other cases, it means the entrance from the street that accesses the front or primary entrance to the structure.
