Primary share class definition

Primary share class means the C share class for European funds and Acc share class for Hong Kong SAR and Taiwan funds. If these share classes are not available, the oldest share class is used as the primary share class.

Related to Primary share class

  • Share Class in relation to shares, means (according to the context) a particular class or classes of share as described in Section 3;

  • Primary Shares means at any time the authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock and shares of Common Stock held by the Corporation in its treasury.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class C Shares means shares of the Class C Common Stock.

  • A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.
