All Realized Losses to be allocated to the Certificate Principal Balances of all Classes on any Distribution Date shall be so allocated after the actual distributions to be made on such date as provided above.
No allocations of any Realized Losses shall be made to the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A Certificates or the Class P Certificates.
The costs incurred by the Master Servicer, if any, in effecting the timely payments of taxes and assessments on the Mortgaged Properties and related insurance premiums shall not, for the purpose of calculating monthly distributions to the Certificateholders, be added to the Stated Principal Balances of the related Mortgage Loans, notwithstanding that the terms of such Mortgage Loans so permit.

In the event that no such optional termination occurs, the obligations and responsibilities created by the Agreement will terminate upon notice to the Trustee upon the earliest of (i) the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Regular Certificates have been reduced to zero and (ii) the final payment or other liquidation of the last Mortgage Loan in the Trust.
Any reserve or other cash collateral or letters of credit securing any of the Mortgage Loans in a Cross-Collateralized Group shall be allocated between the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Mortgage Loan documents, or otherwise on a pro rata basis based upon their outstanding Stated Principal Balances.
As used herein, an allocation of a Realized Loss on a “pro rata basis” among two or more specified Classes of Certificates means an allocation on a pro rata basis, among the various Classes so specified, to each such Class of Certificates on the basis of their then outstanding Certificate Principal Balances prior to giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date.
Such aggregate principal amount shall be allocated among one or more Classes having designations, types of interests, initial per annum Certificate Interest Rates, initial Class Principal Balances and Final Maturity Dates as specified in the Preliminary Statement to this Agreement.
