Principles definition

Principles means the document titled "Cruise Debt Holiday Principles" and dated 26 March 2020 in the form set out in Schedule 1.01(c) to this Agreement (as may be amended from time to time), and which sets out certain key principles and parameters relating to, amongst other things, the temporary suspension of repayments of principal in connection with certain qualifying Loan Agreements (as defined therein) and being applicable to Hermes-covered loan agreements such as this Agreement and more particularly the First Deferred Loans hereunder.
Principles means the general principles set out in rule 4;
Principles means the principles determined by the Authority for the purposes of this Condition generally, following consultation with the Licensee and with others likely to be affected by the application of such principles and as notified to the Licensee in writing.

  • If CDFA cannot determine if expenditures are allowable under the terms of this Agreement because records are nonexistent or inadequate according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, CDFA may disallow the expenditures.

  • Expenditures charged to the project must conform to the approved budget categories, the Program Authorities referenced in Section I, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applicable, as well as the requirements of the CalOSBA prime contract as seen in Attachment C.
