In accordance with 2 C.F.R. Part 200 of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (sometimes referred to as “▇▇▇▇▇”),Vendor's response to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will indicate Vendor's willingness and ability to comply with certain requirements which may be applicable to TIPS purchases paid for with federal funds, if accepted by Vendor.
In accordance with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fair Employment Principles (Chapter 807 of the Laws of 1992), the Contractor hereby stipulates that the Contractor either (a) has no business operations in Northern Ireland, or (b) shall take lawful steps in good faith to conduct any business operations in Northern Ireland in accordance with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fair Employment Principles (as described in Section 165 of the New York State Finance Law), and shall permit independent monitoring of compliance with such principles.
Participating Entities that use United States federal grant or other federal funding to purchase solutions from this Agreement may be subject to additional requirements including the procurement standards of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, 2 C.F.R. § 200.
If CDFA cannot determine if expenditures are allowable under the terms of this Agreement because records are nonexistent or inadequate according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, CDFA may disallow the expenditures.
Expenditures charged to the project must conform to the approved budget categories, the Program Authorities referenced in Section I, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as applicable, as well as the requirements of the CalOSBA prime contract as seen in Attachment C.
