Priority 1 Error definition

Priority 1 Error means an Error in the Maintained Software that causes substantial downtime of the system, or which causes data corruption, or which otherwise renders the Software unusable. Errors given this priority have no viable workaround or avoidance procedure.
Priority 1 Error means the CiteRight Product is unusable, resulting in a total disruption of work or other critical impact on production operations. No workaround is available.
Priority 1 Error. System down with critical business impact to ATMI. No viable workaround, but ATMI needs an immediate fix or workaround to get up and running again.

Examples of Priority 1 Error in a sentence

  • Where (i) CiteRight cannot provide a Fix to a Priority 1 Error within a reasonable period of time after the TSO has responded to the Customer, or (ii) the Customer is not satisfied with the progress attained, CiteRight will review the plan for addressing such Error with the Customer.

  • Upon acknowledging a Priority 1 Error, IM shall provide ATMI an initial assessment within twelve (12) hours and an error resolution plan within eighteen (18) hours.

  • In those instances where: (i) GREENLIGHT cannot provide a Fix to a Priority 1 Error within a reasonable period of time after a member of TSO has responded to the Customer, or (ii) Customer is not satisfied with the progress attained, GREENLIGHT will review the plan for addressing such Error with Customer.
