Priority 2 Fault definition

Priority 2 Fault means a failure of moderate impact causing moderate/low disruption or reduction in the functionality or performance of the Platform (or any part thereof) and this Defect affects 25% of End User revenue for the Platform;
Priority 2 Fault. Significant failure and impact on performance that does not have a critical impact on the Customer’s ability to use the Product. Includes Faults which cause: • a lack of functionality which makes a significant component of the Customer's software unavailable; or • a phishing attack compromises all or certain users’ passwords.
Priority 2 Fault has the meaning given to it in the table in paragraph 2.3 of this Schedule;

Examples of Priority 2 Fault in a sentence

  • Instances where a Priority 1 or Priority 2 Fault requires a fix which is due in the next release version the Customer will be informed of the release date and updated on progress regularly until such time as the Fault can be closed.

Related to Priority 2 Fault

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure

  • Priority 1 is defined in Appendix A, Section 3.4.

  • Priority area means the portions of the qualified incentive area

  • priority date means the date of the earlier application that serves as the basis for the right of priority provided for in the Paris Convention;

  • Priority Claims means, collectively, Priority Tax Claims and Other Priority Claims.
