Priority 3 Fault definition

Priority 3 Fault means a minor fault with minimal (if any) impact on the functionality or performance of the Platform (or part thereof);
Priority 3 Fault a minor fault with minimal (if any) impact on the functionality or performance of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof) or the Availability of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof);
Priority 3 Fault. Function affected; otherwise operational.

Related to Priority 3 Fault

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure

  • Priority 1 is defined in Appendix A, Section 3.4.

  • Priority area means the portions of the qualified incentive area

  • priority date means the date of the earlier application that serves as the basis for the right of priority provided for in the Paris Convention;

  • Priority Claims means, collectively, Priority Tax Claims and Other Priority Claims.
