Priority Service definition
Priority Service means that a tender of Crude Oil by a Priority Shipper for transport on the Gathering System not exceeding Shipper’s Maximum Daily Quantity and paying the Priority Rate for levels of applicable service on the Gathering System, shall be entitled to the highest level of service on the Gathering System and not be subject to prorationing to accommodate nominations of uncommitted volumes for transport on the Gathering System or nominations of volumes for transport on the Gathering System by Shippers who do not elect to pay (or are not eligible thereunder) the Priority Rate for such nominations.
Priority Service means that class of service that is accorded the highest priority on the Gathering System with respect to prorationing, interruptions, or curtailments. In the event of an allocation, interruption or curtailment Crude Oil that is entitled to Priority Service will be curtailed after Crude Oil that is entitled to Uncommitted Service.

Prior to, concurrently with, or promptly after the expiration of each SoCalGas Transportation Contract, the Borrower will cause the Project Owner to enter into a new SoCalGas Transportation Contract and will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such SoCalGas Transportation Contract to provide for Firm Priority Service.

Priority Service means the character of the transportation service provided with respect to volumes of an Anchor Shipper’s Dedicated Volumes of Crude Petroleum that are exempt from apportionment pursuant to Item No. 15(c)(1).
