Privacy Practices Complaint definition

Privacy Practices Complaint means a complaint received by the SJVIA relating to the Consultant’s (or any Authorized Person’s) privacy practices, or alleging a Security Breach. Such complaint shall have sufficient detail to enable the SJVIA to promptly investigate and take remedial action under this Article 10.
