Problem Management Process definition

Problem Management Process means the problem management process set out within the UK Link Manual;
Problem Management Process shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.5 hereof.
Problem Management Process means the agreed process for management of a PROBLEM as defined within this SOW.

  • The cause is not usually known at the time Problem Record is created, and the Problem Management Process is responsible for further investigation.
