Problem Resolution definition

Problem Resolution means a resolution to a Problem that (i) causes Software and/or Hardware to substantially conform with the Documentation; and/or, (ii) restores the service and operation of the System(s) without any material loss of functionality.
Problem Resolution means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to resolve the reported problem. These methods may include (but are not limited to): configuration changes, patches that fix an issue, replacing a failed hardware, reinstalling the software, etc.
