Procedure codes means the procedure codes set forth in OAR chapter 410, division 123 that refer to Current Dental Terminology (CDT), unless otherwise noted. Codes listed in this rule and other documents incorporated in rule by reference are subject to change by the American Dental Association (ADA) without notification.¶
