Process Module definition

Process Module means a stand alone sequence of process steps which is a portion of a CMOS process technology.
Process Module means a stand-alone block of process technology that is separate from but may be coupled with Logic Process Technologies and when coupled with Logic Process Technologies, enables the manufacture of products having increased functionality.

  • Such royalty shall be due and payable upon shipment to the other owner for all production wafers fabricated utilizing any Process Module of the Specific Results and Background Know-How for a Bulk Project, within XXXXX from the date of the first production shipment of such wafers fabricated utilizing such process.

Related to Process Module

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Process weight means the total weight of all materials introduced into any source operation. Solid fuels charged will be considered as part of the process weight, but liquid and gaseous fuels and combustion air will not.
