Processing Capacity definition

Processing Capacity means the services in Gassled for processing of Gas. The Processing Capacity is further defined in the Transportation System Description.
Processing Capacity means the ability to extract hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide, helium, Natural Gas Liquids or other substances from a certain volume of Natural Gas;

  • For purposes of this Section only, any amount of the Processing Capacity Reservation Fee and accrued interest thereon which has not been applied to payments for Bulk Product actually purchased by and delivered to Savient shall be forfeited by Savient to BTG as of the effective date of termination of this Agreement.

Related to Processing Capacity

  • Operating Capacity means the effective storage capacity of a tank, taking into account accepted engineering principles, industry standards, API guidelines and Applicable Law, only as to Products that each tank is capable of storing, within the requirements of applicable permit requirements and under actual conditions as they may exist at any time. The Operating Capacity of each tank is listed on the applicable Terminal Service Order as of the date of such Terminal Service Order.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Production Capacity means the amount of potable water which can be supplied to the distribution system in a twenty-four-hour period.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if-it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.
