Procurement Directive definition

Procurement Directive means the EU Consolidated Public Procurement Directive. “The Regulations” means the Public Contracts Regulations 2006, as amended. “Relevant Contract” means a contract to which these Contract Standing Orders apply. “Remedies Directive” means the EU Remedies Directive.
Procurement Directive means the directive to be issued by the minister of Finance and Economic development in accordance with proclamation.
Procurement Directive means the directive to be issued by the Bureau of Finance and Economic Development in accordance with this Proclamation;
