Product and Process Documentation definition

Product and Process Documentation means the documentation provided by Powerwave to be used to manufacture Products including bills of material, approved vendor list (AVL), assembly drawings, line layouts, process documentation, quality and inspection plans, test processes, and packaging requirements.
Product and Process Documentation means the documentation provided by Licensor to be used by Licensee to manufacture the Licensed Products, including bills of material, approved vendor list (AVL), assembly drawings, line layouts, process documentation, quality and inspection plans, test processes, and packaging requirements.
Product and Process Documentation means documentation provided by INFOCUS, or developed by FUNAI to be used to manufacture the Products including: BOM (▇▇▇▇ of materials), AVL (Approved vendors list), engineering, design, and assembly drawings, line layouts, process documentation, quality and inspection plans, test processes, packaging requirements..

  • Licensor shall have the right to make reasonable changes in the Product and Process Documentation of the Licensed Products upon, if practicable, at least thirty (30) days’ written notice specifying in detail the requested change.

  • Such changes shall be documented and incorporated into the Product Specifications and Product and Process Documentation.

  • SCI shall manufacture the Products to the Product and Process Documentation and quality control standards established by CUSTOMER and mutually agreed to by SANMINA-SCI and CUSTOMER.

  • All Products and Projector delivered by FUNAI to INFOCUS pursuant to this Agreement shall be in conformance in all material ways with the Product Specifications and Product and Process Documentation.
