Product Racks Minimum Throughput Capacity definition

Product Racks Minimum Throughput Capacity means an aggregate amount of throughput capacity equal to 53,000 bpd multiplied by the number of calendar days in the Contract Quarter.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means thirty-three percent (33%) of a unit's maximum design heat input, divided by three thousand four hundred thirteen (3,413) Btu/kilowatt hour, divided by one thousand (1,000) kilowatt hour/megawatt hour, and multiplied by eight thousand seven hundred sixty (8,760) hours/year.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇;

  • Production Capacity means the amount of potable water which can be supplied to the distribution system in a twenty-four-hour period.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.
