Production Instance definition

Production Instance means any instance that is (a) used to generate and/or process online revenue; or (ii) is exposed to the public internet for use by End Users.

Production Instance means is an Instance that is used to serve the primary purpose for which Client has purchased a license to use Company Software - including but not limited to, primary system housing or handling live production data, secondary system used for reporting purposes, additional active system used to distribute or segregate load

Production Instance means a Docebo instance which is tied to an active user subscription. “Support Request” means any support ticket reporting an Incident to Docebo via an appropriate methodology of submission, as discussed herein.

Production Instance means a CloudView Instance used for the actual processing and/or throughput of data, including redundancy, as opposed to a Non-Production Instance. Physical Index means a part of the indexed content. A Physical Index can be split over several servers in a given Environment.

Production Instance means an instance of the Totara Enterprise Edition which is deployed to support an active operational learning management business process of the Customer in use by the Customer’s personnel. Second-level Support means the support we provide relating to application issues, but does not include support in the form of code changes. If you are a hosted customer, Second-level Support includes support of the hosted environment.

Production Instance. Production instances are defined as a Growth or Enterprise Docebo instance which is tied to an active user subscription. ●

Production Instance is an instance of the Software that: (a) may be used for active cases and investigations, and (b) may consist of any number of physical and virtual server components that all link back to one set of the Server Software files located on one server. • Instance Settings. Every Production Instance of the Software is automatically configured to reflect Relativity’s recommended Production Instance settings (“Instance Settings”); however, Relativity may provide Client with the ability to modify certain Instance Settings. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are several Instance Setting entries that should never be modified in Client’s Production Instance (“Restricted Instance Settings”), which Relativity identifies by including a “Do not modify” statement at the beginning of the Instance Setting Description in the Documentation. Relativity strongly discourages the modification of the Restricted Instance Settings due to elevated security risks, among other things, associated therewith. If Client modifies any of the Restricted Instance Settings, Client (a) may create a security vulnerability in the applicable Production Instance of the Software or otherwise interfere with the Software’s proper functioning, and (b) will automatically void any applicable warranties offered by Relativity to the extent that Client’s modification of any Restricted Instance Settings causes such warranties to be breached or inaccurate. Furthermore, Relativity will not be obligated to provide the Maintenance Support Services described in Exhibit C if Relativity reasonably determines that the issue is attributable to the modification of one or more Restricted Instance Settings. • The License under this Agreement allows Client to deploy and use on Client’s Computer Network the number of Production Instances set forth in Exhibit A. Client may add one or more Extra Production Instances of the Relativity Software by paying Relativity’s applicable fees and signing Relativity’s standard amendment. Any other instances are subject to such additional agreements and fees as the parties agree upon in writing. • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein that prohibits the deployment of the Relativity Server Software to any Network Server Computer not located behind Client’s firewall at Client’s site or in a cloud data center or collocation facility of a third party, Relativity hereby agrees that Client may deploy the Relativity Server Software for any Extra Production Instance as a series of indi...

Subscriber Portal means online user community located at Supported Environment means a hardware, operating system and database platform meeting the minimum system configuration requirements for the proper use and operation of the Totara Enterprise Edition as set out in Documentation. Taxes means any form of taxation, levy, duty, customs fee, charge or impost of whatever nature excluding any taxes based solely on the net income of Catalyst. Totara Community Edition means the then-current unsupported beta version of Totara Learning’s learning management software that contains experimental features and modules that have not been tested, and that Totara Learning makes available to the general public for download and use, but for which Catalyst does not provide support, and any other version(s) that Totara Learning offers as a community version, which may include later versions of the Totara Enterprise Edition that are no longer eligible for support. Totara Enterprise Edition means the then-current stable version of the Totara Learning learning management software that Catalyst makes available to Customers in connection with the purchase of support and maintenance plans, and any prior version that is still under support pursuant to Totara Learning’s Lifecycle policy, but excluding “end-of-life” versions, and excluding the Totara Community Edition. Totara Learning means Totara Learning Solutions Limited. Totara Product means the Totara Community Edition or the Totara Enterprise Edition.
