Program Action Plan means the Recipient’s plan dated March 31, 2023 and referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

Program Action Plan means the Borrower’s plan dated May 13, 2024, referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and attached to the Operations Manual, as may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Bank.

More Definitions of Program Action Plan

Program Action Plan means the Borrower’s plan dated January 19, 2024, and referred to in Schedule 2, Section I.C.2, to this Agreement, agreed between the Borrower and the World Bank, which details the gaps identified during the Borrower’s system assessment, including, inter alia, financial management, procurement, and environmental and social matters, attached to the POM, as may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the World Bank.

Program Action Plan means the Recipient’s plan referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as attached to the POM and as may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
