The Program Applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") assures that it will fully comply with the requirements of the Workforce Investment Act (Public Law 105-220) and its regulations, the WIA Local Area Plan approved by the DWDB, and the North Carolina Division of Workforce Development.
Before entering into this Agreement and participating in the Program, Applicant is encouraged to retain legal counsel to review the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to advise Applicant regarding Applicant’s rights and obligations hereunder and under the Program.
As a condition of participation in the Program, Applicant agrees that any and all project-related removal and disposal of equipment or materials will be conducted at its sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
