Program Cluster definition
Program Cluster has the meaning specified in Recital (A) to this Loan Agreement;
Program Cluster has the meaning specified in Recital (A) to this Grant Agreement;
Program Cluster means those areas containing designated Program Localities (as defined below). It is the Successful Bidder’s obligation to transport all of the children from their originating locations to their respective Facility within the Program Cluster.

The Borrower shall, and shall cause Punjab to, carry out review of the Program with the participation of ADB for the design of the third subprogram of the Program Cluster.
The Borrower acknowledges that the review described in this paragraph does not obligate ADB to provide loans for any further subprogram under the Program Cluster and that any such loans are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of ADB.
