Program entry definition

Program entry means an activity that captures JOBS appointments, assessments (see section (3) of this rule) to identify a family's needs and strengths, determines JOBS status, and mutually develops a case plan.¶
Program entry means an activity that includes all the activities that prepare an individual to actively participate in the JOBS program including, but not limited to, assessment (see section (3) of this rule) and writing the initial case plan.
