Program Error definition

Program Error means code in any program or information contained in any Documentation that makes the Licensed Software inoperable or that produces unintended results or actions or that produces results or actions other than those described in the Documentation or this Agreement. Program Error includes, without limitation, any Critical Program Error.
Program Error means an error or bug preventing the Licensed Software from operating in accordance with the Documentation in all material respects.
Program Error means faults in the Software which materially adversely affect the Specified Functionality

Examples of Program Error in a sentence

  • Level 1 is the most severe Program Error and represents a situation where all features and functions of the Licensed Software are unavailable and no practical alternate mode of operation is available.

  • If Customer gives Licensor notice of a Critical Program Error contained in the Software, Licensor will, upon receipt of such notice, immediately investigate such Critical Program Error and will deliver to Customer either a patch or workaround or code to correct such Critical Program Error (and deliver to Customer appropriate code and Documentation for such correction) at no additional cost to Customer within ten (10) days after receipt of such notice.

More Definitions of Program Error

Program Error means an error or defect in the Code which results in the failure of the Program Property to operate or to produce output on the Designated Platform in substantial conformity to descriptions of such operation or output in the Documentation for the Program Property.

"Version Release" means any Version of the Licensed Software that provides one or more of the following: (i) major new software applications or utilites, (ii) significant enhancements to previously released applications or utilites, and/or (iii) support for new hardware or or software architecture. The version number of a Version Release is designated by the first digit of its release number (i.e. Licensed Software Version 1.0 designates the first Version Release of the "Licensed Software"."Upgrade Release" means any version of the Licensed Software or a portion thereof for the purpose of providing one or more of the following; (i) enhancements to previously released applications or utilities, and/or (ii) support for new hardware or software architecture. The version number of an Upgrade Release is designated by the second digit of its release number (i.e. License Software 2.1 designates the first Upgrade Release to the second Version Release of the Licensed Software.) "Update Release" means any version of the Licensed Software or a portion thereof for the purpose of providing one or more of the following; (i) Error corrections, and/or support for new hardware or software architecture. The version number of an Update Release is designated by the third or greater digit of its release number (i.e. License Software 2.11 designates the first Update Release of the first Upgrade Release ...
