Program Expenses definition

Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.
Program Expenses means all of the following:
Program Expenses means the expenses authorized to be incurred by the Bond Bank from time to time in connection with the implementation, operation and continuation of the Program, as set forth in the Indenture.

  • Nation acknowledges that a fundamental principle of this Agreement is that it pay the Work Program Expenses under this Agreement as and when required.

More Definitions of Program Expenses

Program Expenses means Development Costs, Commercialization Costs, Medical Affairs Costs, Patent Costs and Other Out-of-Pocket Costs.
Program Expenses means all of the fees and expenses of the Trustee relating to the Bonds or City Bond and costs of determining the amount rebatable, if any, to the United States of America under Section 6.11 hereof, all to the extent properly allocable to the Program and approved in writing by the Bank.
