In addition to the Program Manuals, OhioHealthy or its designee may issue and deliver to Practitioner, additional operational policies or procedures for the purpose of implementing or clarifying this Agreement or Program Attachment, and may supplement or withdraw such policies or procedures as needed.
OhioHealthy or a designee shall be responsible for the credentialing and recredentialing of Practitioner in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Program Manuals, as amended.
The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Farm will be operated and maintained in order to preserve the Farm as public open space consistent with all applicable restrictions set forth in deeds; Ch. 84.34 RCW; ordinances, regulations and requirements of the CFT grant; and the RCO Program Manuals.

In addition, Physician Resident shall receive employee benefits in accordance with applicable Employer policies and benefit programs, which are subject to amendment in Employer’s sole discretion as well as described in the Program Manual(s).
After twenty-one (21) calendar days, if the issues are not resolved, OTCO will pursue Adverse Actions and Enforcement Procedures as set forth in the Program Manuals.

This Agreement may be amended only by a writing signed by both parties, except that MHS may unilaterally amend any policies and procedure of MHS and the GME Program, including MHS’ Employee Handbook and the Institutional and Program Manuals, and Trainee shall be required to abide by these policies as amended.
Any changes required by Federal or State regulations shall be automatically incorporated into this Agreement and/or the Program Manuals without written agreement of the parties and shall be in effect on the date designated by the law or regulation.
