Examples of Program Milestone in a sentence

  • While each Program Milestone and Commercial Milestone is payable once only, more than one Commercial Milestone may be payable with respect to Annual Net Sales achieved in the same Calendar Year.

  • For purposes of determining whether a milestone event has been achieved under Section 7.2 (CNS Program Milestone) or Section 7.3 (Peripheral Program Milestones), (a) an Indication shall only be deemed a “Distinct Indication” if such disease or condition has [***], and (b) an Indication shall be deemed to be “Different” [***].
