Program Pricing definition

Program Pricing means the discounted pricing offered to Members as set out in this agreement.

Examples of Program Pricing in a sentence

  • Through the Program, Members have the option to purchase from the Supplier, and the Supplier agrees to supply to Members, the Goods/Services at Program Pricing.

  • Canoe shall not unreasonably withhold its approval to any requested change – provided that ▇▇▇▇▇ may refuse any change in Program Pricing prior to the first anniversary of the Effective Date for any reason or without giving any reason.

Related to Program Pricing

  • Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements

  • Monitoring Indicator means a measure of HSP performance that may be monitored against provincial results or provincial targets, but for which no Performance Target is set;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
