Program Requirements definition

Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

Program Requirements means that the Partner has to fulfill certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “On Premise” Product Families, including, without limitation, payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “On Premise” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

Program Requirements means that Open Ecosystem Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP Open Ecosystem Model and the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

Program Requirements means that the Open Ecosystem Partner has to fulfill certain minimum program requirements, some of which are general Open Ecosystem requirements, some of which are specific for the “Service Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Service” Product Families, including, without limitation, upholding a Service Authorization for at least one “Service” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

Program Requirements means that Distributor has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP Distribution Model and the Distribution Program Guide.

Program Requirements mean the technical, human interface, design, product category, security, performance, and other criteria and requirements specified by Apple, including but not limited to the current set of requirements set forth in Section 3.3, as they may be modified from time to time by Apple in accordance with this Agreement.
