Program Resources definition

Program Resources means the resources providing Program Energy at the Green Rate; to qualify as a Program Resource, the resource must be a renewable generation facility for which the energy produced includes Environmental Attributes in the form of renewable energy certificates.
Program Resources means for the purpose of this Agreement, the programs and derivative audio parts provided by Party A to Party B, which are fully copyrighted and broadcasted on the channels of Party A (including but not limited to Phoenix InfoNews Channel\Phoenix Chinese Channel\Phoenix Hong Kong Channel), and Third-Party public platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, social media accounts, etc.), excluding programs specifically requested by Party A's clients and for which Party A owns the copyright, such

Examples of Program Resources in a sentence

  • In this case, Party B must ensure that it promptly terminate its use of the Program Resources.

  • Where it is necessary for Party B to use such Program Resources, Party B shall sign a separate agreement with Party A to specify the scope and license fee.

  • Party B shall, and shall cause New Media Members and the employees thereof to use the Program Resources strictly subject to this Agreement.

  • Where it is necessary for Party B to use any Derivative Products other than those hereunder, Party B shall hold consultations with Party A in connection with each type of such Derivative Products or audios within the Program Resources, so as to identify the scope in which such product may be used and the authorization fee thereof.

  • If Party B obtains any Intellectual Property Right in respect of the Program Resources during its use of the same, Party B shall promptly notify Party A and, upon Party A’s written request, cause all relevant Party B to sign all necessary documents and take all necessary actions, so as to assign such Intellectual Property Right unconditionally and irreversibly to Party A, and ensure the Intellectual Property Right so obtained by Party A is legitimate, complete, and free from any flaw or encumbrance.

  • If it is necessary to broadcast the Program Resources beyond China, New Media must obtain the prior consent of Party A.

  • Such notification shall state the amount of energy generated by the Program Resources for the applicable period of time, the amount of Environmental Attributes purchased to fulfill all Program obligations for the applicable time period, and the cause for such purchase.

More Definitions of Program Resources

Program Resources means one or more “renewable energy resources” as that term is defined in Utah Code section 54-17-902(14).

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Historic resource means a publicly or privately owned historic building, structure, site, object, feature, or open space located within an historic district designated by the national register of historic places, the state register of historic sites, or a local unit acting under the local historic districts act, 1970 PA 169, MCL 399.201 to 399.215, or that is individually listed on the state register of historic sites or national register of historic places, and includes all of the following:

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
