Program Revenues definition

Program Revenues means all Account Income and Interchange Fee revenues generated by or accruing to the Bank under a Program.
Program Revenues means all revenues accrued from (i) Finance Charges and Fees charged on Accounts, (ii) Interest Received on Excess Deposits, and (iii) Interchange Income.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Client acknowledges that Bank shall have a contractual and statutory right of set-off against, any and all Program Accounts or other accounts, Program Revenues, funds, monies, and other properties of Client at Bank or which come into possession of Bank including, without limitation, any fees payable by Bank to Client pursuant to this Agreement, for the purpose of satisfying the obligations of Client hereunder.

Program Revenues means all income derived from an Account Holder’s use of a Card or participation in a Program, including fees as specified in the Account Holder Agreement, but not including Interchange.
