Program Schedules means the agreements, the form of which is attached hereto, which govern the programs offered by the Parties to Targeted Customers, which are entered into between the Parties from time to time during the term hereof.

Examples of Program Schedules in a sentence

  • All Notes issued by the Issuer under this Agreement shall be short-term promissory notes, exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, as indicated on the Program Schedules, and from applicable state securities laws.

  • The Detailed Program Schedules shall be used by the contractor to plan all tasks, task dependencies, and critical path.

  • The term of this Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2 below, for the period specified in the pertinent Program Schedule(s) for the Licensed Materials solely for the applications and processes specified therein.

  • If, after the first anniversary of the Effective Date, no Program Schedules are then in effect under this Agreement, a Party may terminate this Agreement, without cause, upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to the other Party.
